Counselling and Therapy Services in Litherland

Based in Litherland, I offer face-to-face counselling sessions for anyone who would like to travel to my practice. I welcome clients from nearby areas including Crosby, Waterloo, Bootle, Seaforth and Liverpool, as well as those travelling from further afield, including Manchester.

I also provide online counselling for clients across England, offering a flexible way to access therapy wherever you are based.

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and person-centred counselling. CBT can help you recognise and work through unhelpful thoughts and patterns, while person-centred therapy offers a warm, supportive space to explore what matters to you at your own pace. Together, we can find an approach that feels right for you. Take the first step and call me now on 07806 728 664

Amy helped me come to my own conclusions about some difficult feelings I was having towards my sexuality and gave me the confidence to be honest with myself and those around me. Amy listened and provided her own reflections with compassion and care.
I've only had 2 sessions so far with Amy, but she has been absolutely amazing with me, she listens to me and is so understanding, I never thought I'd find someone who would understand what I'm going through and be so supportive and listen to me, Amy is amazing I can't thank her enough for everything.
Amy is a fantastic, kind and supportive therapist - she is inspiring, and I would recommend her to anyone!
She’s really nice and professional, she’s open to different methods of communication which is really helpful!
I was apprehensive about speaking to a therapist before I spoke to Amy but I’m so thankful I did, there is zero judgement when you speak to Amy and she speaks to you with respect, empathy and understanding. Amy is also brilliantly patient and accommodating and I would recommend her to anyone.
